This evening is "Chocolate" Enrichment...in our home. I am so excited to host the ladies of our church and their friends and neighbors that may be joining us. It is actually a recipe sharing/exchange night we have once a month. I choose the theme chocolate; thus, the women will bring an item made or purchased with chocolate and the recipe. Soon after, a gal on the committee of these events will type all the submitted recipes and send them to us via our church email list. I hope everyone has a way good evening of chocolate heaven! Feel free to join us at 7:00 if you live in the area!

Who's here to visit the week of Spring Break?
[name that book]
She arrived via airplane...
loves to hold hands and has lots of kisses...
is classy, dignified and full of wisdom?
My mother!
I am thrilled to have her in our home and
shall be enjoying every minute creating memories with her;
thus, I will not be posting this week.
We will indeed enjoy a way good week; I wish the same for you!

Are you a Cadbury Mini Egg-aholic?
If so, you can readily identify these

Nothing else in the world like them,
speckled.
I personally think the UK eggs are prettier, but would never turn up my nose at either, as they are only on the market once a year.(That is a mixed blessing for those of us in the club.)
I hope you have a large dish of them awaiting you in your home...
maybe a few bowls scattered throughout so they greet you at every turn.
If you are really lucky, the bowl will look just like the one pictured, a twin to the four latte bowls I received as a gift from our oldest daughter from Anthropologie in New York; the shop that houses the kitty cat.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
This is a shamrock plant Mr R.
presented to me quite a few years ago.
I love that it is
blooming for its honored day.

I especially enjoy the underside of the leaves;
the pinkish maroon color.
It is such a nice contrast to the green.
Magical.
I treasure the pot in which it grows
that our youngest daughter painted!
May you have the luck of the green
to find a leprechaun
and may he be generous to share with you
where he hides his gold!
At the least, may we all be a bit o' Irish
--if only for a way good St. Patrick's day!

Two artists from Philadelphia, Shauna and Stephen, are guest bloggers on the BFF blog, hosting a super crazy, great project,
"Your Message Here".
They have created and installed a roadside marquee at the new fred flare shop in Brooklyn.
Each day, through April 10, they are picking their favorite sentiment and photographing the signs daily transformations.

Due to moving our clocks forward one hour a week ago, we are now back to arriving at school shrouded in darkness. This morning, First Period, I spied with my eye an amazing, firey sun rising.
I called the students over to the window, which you can see we opened for a few minutes to have a better view, to watch the beauty of the day unfolding. It was a way good start of the day in art class!

Bamboo shoots.
Did you ever rhythmically hit them on the ground
while others stepped/danced through the poles?
I loved playing this game I learned in
elementary gym class.
Today, a new purpose was discovered for these sturdy shoots.
I heard Mr. R calling my name from the garage,
to please come retrieve the spring wreaths
I had kindly asked him to lift off the
wreath storage peg board.
At the door,
I was met with the circular decorations
suspended at the end of the bamboo shoot
my husband had extended to reach the wreaths
and then stretched across the vehicle
to deliver the pair directly to me.
Thanks honey for your way good help!

(which upon the sun shall soon set)
(in sight!)
(around the bend)
(seemingly far, far away).
I appreciate and enjoy them all!
Each time of year, governed by annual equinoxes,
I enjoy pondering
what is happening in the earth, literally;
on and around the globe
and in our hearts.
Creating, sorting and storing memories of the
past and present while
eagerly anticipating and
looking towards the future--
each season.
May we embrace
and relish
each and every day
of each and every season
for a way good life!

Snuggle up with your honey and sweater pillows.
A few over sized sweaters snagged from a dollar sale at Goodwill turned into the coziest sofa pillows ever. The crafter installed a recycled sweater zipper into the pale blue pillow cover and the other two were buttoned cardigans, so they were good to go after being sewn into squares.A way good way to stay warm!

Even the clouds are roaring in March!
Thanks to the

brrrr...it is cold!
Stay bundled in a sassy scarf
for a way good Monday!

(Finding roaring lions that don't look like they are yawning
and have clean teeth is no easy feat!)

out like a lamb."
"For most locations, the average temperature at the end of the month is higher than at the beginning, so the proverb typically has some meteorological truth to it, but where did it come from?" the Weather Guys inquire.
"The phrase apparently has its origins with the constellations Leo, the Lion, and Aries, the ram or lamb. It has to do with the relative positions of these constellations in the sky at the beginning and end of the month." To quote the legendary Paul Harvey,
whose voice was one of radio's most familiar and
whose voice was one of radio's most familiar and
sadly fell silent as he passed from this life yesterday,
"And now you know...the rest of the story."
He would also leave us with his upbeat,

He would also leave us with his upbeat,
"Good day!"
